2. Free Trial
We offer a free tier that allows you to explore our Service before committing to a paid subscription. We encourage you to fully test the features during this period to ensure siteinspection.cc meets your needs.
3. Subscription Refunds
Monthly Subscriptions
For monthly subscriptions, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase if you are not satisfied with the Service. After 14 days, monthly subscriptions are non-refundable, but you may cancel at any time to prevent future charges.
Annual Subscriptions
For annual subscriptions, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase. After 30 days, we offer pro-rated refunds for the unused portion of your subscription at our discretion.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please:

- Include your account email address
- Provide your reason for the refund request
- Include your transaction ID or receipt (if available)
We will review your request and respond within 3-5 business days.
5. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. The exact timing depends on your payment provider and financial institution.
All refunds are processed through Paddle, our payment provider, in accordance with their refund procedures.
6. Exceptions
Refunds may not be granted in the following situations:
- Violation of our Terms of Service
- Fraudulent or abusive behavior
- Requests made after the refund period has expired
- Multiple refund requests from the same user
7. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation:
- You will retain access until the end of your current billing period
- No further charges will be made
- Your data will be retained for 30 days after cancellation
- After 30 days, your data may be permanently deleted
8. Plan Changes
If you downgrade your subscription plan, the change will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. No refunds are provided for downgrades, but you will retain access to your current plan features until the end of the billing period.
